No. The programme is tailored to your current level and progresses at a pace you can maintain, whether you are returning to training or building from scratch.
You are not expected to be perfect. Fi7 focuses on structure, accountability, and small, sustainable changes, with honest feedback and support when weeks do not go to plan.
Coaching is run on a simple monthly membership. If it is not the right fit, you can cancel with notice. We won't lock you into long‑term contracts.
You can also move to 1 to 1 personally training if that works better for you.
